SHOP FAQ:

Shipping rates - Rates are influenced from the weight/destination of the package. Future rates may change without a prior notice due to changes made by shipping companies.

How long is the order processing? - Processing orders might take up to 3-6 days, and on the busier times such as holidays and new shop updates up to 7-10 days. Domestic (U.S) deliveries may vary from 2-7 days and international up to 2-6 weeks. We appreciate your patience!

International orders - We value our international customers, please be aware that shipment time might be longer. Please understand that you are responsible for paying any additional taxes, fees, and other duties once the package reaches your country. Some countries may be excluded from receiving orders due to USPS restriction delivery list.

All sales are final! I do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges or any other changes. However, if there is a specific issue with the order, please reach out to me via email (maxgosart@gmail.com) and I will try to figure out the best possible solution.

International/domestic deliveries - We do not hold responsibility for the package to be lost/damaged/stolen.
